A logo should not only something that looks cool but also represent something at first glance Anyone can design a cool logo. Designing a meaningful one is complex.
Like for example the picrel logo is simple one, but can also be meaningful
Trident can also associated with Dharma
The three Arrows pointing different directions can symbolize different paths also represent individual choices
But the shared stem represents foundational values learning, ethics, discipline, and spiritual inquiry
Instead of pointing in same direction they diverge this also indicate
The freedom to pursue different philosophical, spiritual, or personal paths where they are choosing path based on personal thoughts and principal
This means divergence with unity
I suggest few tweaks for it to be proper BGTOW logo you can change the diverging arrow symmetry also don't like the shade of orange as it seems too bright.
But this is over-all prototype I can come up with you all can tweak it if you want to keep it.
This is my last suggestion. I am not posting anything now. Thankyou

Either way first logo in OP is best, radiant, optimistic, and clearly showing diversion from main path as it is intended.
Rest of the experiment becomes more about brahmins together whatever or clan of sorts. Not really GTOW.
