Shaheds have shit accuracy, guidance and avionics, they are maybe good from SEAD missions, but American Switchblades mog all, they aren't expensive for no reason, 1 switchblade can do what you will need 500 Shaheds to do, that is if they even manage to get that deep considering how low and slow they fly and how much noise the make.
Russians pretty only employ suicide drones for SEAD missions and then use proper supersonic cruise missiles for actual military installations. Hence why the only things you these drones hitting are residential areas, they aren't aimed towards any military installations, cause most of them aren't expected to get through either way.

I think you got it backwards. SEAD requires high accuracy. Shaheds are usually used for large fixed targets like powerplants and military bases that are easy to hit.

Statistically incorrect, Tigers had 12:1 KD ratios on average, some battalions even destroyed 1400 tanks alone... T34s are overhyped garbage, here's the thing the T34 printing wasn't a big brain attrition strategy or wtv, it was pure desperation, in the first half of Barb they lost some 35000 tanks and produced only around 34000 T34s. They couldn't match the Germans even when making the shittiest mass producible tank possible, so shit that the Armour would spall even if the enemy didn't pen. The Soviets survived due to American lend lease and Allied bombing of German factories, at some point the Germans just couldn't make tanks anymore.
Look at picrel, even if Tigers are 10x more expensive they're going to destroy 12, and even more if it's an elite unit.

Most of the equipment delivered to Soviets under lend lease was for logistics. Quantity is a meme yaar, 1000 shitty tanks will need more fuel and maintenance than 200 quality ones, the Soviets made shitty tanks not because it was strategy but because they just couldn't match German technology, even if they tried to make quality ones they would get brvtally btfod by Tigers and Panther, like what happened with the IS series of tanks.
Look at picrel yaar, one of the funniest things I ever read is that, a good number of "Soviet" tanks in Kharkiv 42 weren't even Soviet but American Shermans and British Valentines.
