These words are already mainstream because mewing and other related things were a meme in these past few years, it's too late to gate keep anything, people are familiar with most of the common lingo out there. This was made worse by people who were once part of niche communities making content on YouTube and making the knowledge their mainstream, and then the dehati influencers who picked up on it and started using the same in their daily uploads
