Any short conflict would benefit pakistan because anything other than complete annihilation is a win for them.
Anything more and USA will start chimping out.
Most ideal solution to pakistan and bangladesh being used by USA as a pressure points was complete nuking those pressure points away. We would have to sustain some or geopolitical pressure but it would have been worth it.
Sadly babus and dhandhos can't entertain those ideas.
