i recently met a friend while we were discussing about careers and shietz he started narrating about his short trip as a tech guy in sarkari daftar

>that private company has been sub contracted work by gormint body
>first day at work
>as peon who is chilling with his gang about daftar office location
>eventually reach there
>mfw place is inundated with files, compooters few young computer guys and one friend who knew him
>they start to work
>office is weirdly empty
>only to realize it's sarkari daftar where people come late
>eventually people arrive, mostly boomers
>barely 30 mins in boomers have circled around in one area
>talking loudly
>playing music
>watching news and discussing politics
>first day friend is already drained with work
>second day while working connect with other workers, realize that some of them don't even have cse background or even bachelors
>most of them started working on adhoc while in college doing bsc etc.
>anyway carry on the work
>day by day same process, same cacaphony, same way of rudeness no mannerism among boomers
>eventually complain to "hr" but nothing happens
anyway friend resigned soon after and landed another job and is moving to bangalore.

he mentioned how it was L1 contract, where babus deliberately would bost about saving gorillions in rupees by forcing the companies to work in the lowest budget possible.
this is why websites and lots of sarkari shit sucks. and of course ias babus are big problem. but i don't think babus alone the problem the pooliticians are too.

babus are subservient to big politicians they will do work which would be adhoc and just enough - which makes leaders happy that something is happening but never full solution atleast in most cases.
big problem. most politicians depend on the advises of babus so there's that.
