i am the only dehati here (if i am even considered dehati). all the other Indians are from slumbai/dalli
But tbh indians here speak Hindi all the time if they can find a fellow Hindi/Urdu-speaking desi. I laughed out loud when I heard these 2 champu girls from North speaking in Hindi to try and protect the topic of their conversation from being overheard by anyone not realising i was already there. They were speaking so loud in a quiet classroom and people were making comments against them but they had no idea 
I think I pass as white so they dont think i can understand what theyre sayin lmao

Mixed bag tbh. I don't like most diaspoorats (especially the girls) because they act high and mighty around real Indians and act very subservient to whites, but there are a few nerds that are very cool to be around because they have forgotten their egos to an extent. Those guys are rare though
