Majority of the Indian male population is very ugly globally. Average in India = ugly internationally. I say internationally because we are living in a globalised world with a growing universal beauty standard. I just don't mean that whitoids find Indian guys ugly. Even East Asian and Middle Eastern girls find Indian guys ugly. And to make things worse Indian guys have zero charisma (literally negative aura) and say the cringiest things possible in that gobar accent. When I lived in America I lived in a building full of foreigners. I felt physically sick looking at jeets (especially Telugus and BIMARUs) trying to flirt with Chinese and MENA girls. Those girls would always make the ick face but they never got the message and would say things like "don't worry dear you are like my sister" to make themselves look less creepy.
