India has two department related to space and scient related work.
Department of Space
Department of Science and Technology.
Department of Space is headed by Narendra Modi. Deputy Minister is Jitender Singh.
Jitender singh is also the main minister for DST.
None of them have so far tweeted about the failure related to ISRO, nor they have in the past. They only tweet to exaggerate regular space flight launches.
Let this be noted that when CY-3 mission succeeded, ISRo was forced to delete the images related to landing because it was 'gift' to Narendra Modi.
Ministers who are public servants, a pradhan mantri who calls himself pradhan sevak should understand that hiding from public is not public seva.
