ISRO has been sabotaged but not by foreign actor but by the Bhartiya Janta Party, the current PM Narendra Modi and the person doing this on their behest is Jitender Singh.
I will share few points:

Current active workforce is same as the one in 2014, it is lower by almost 3000 since 2021.
Low strength, pressure of PMO has pushed ISRO workers to the extreme and it was prediced by the insiders atleast 3 years to 5 years ago that it will cause slowdown and may even be fatal. Nothing has been done to remedy the situation.

Time and time again, consecutive ISRO chairmen have talked about need for higher budget to support the existing missions.
Propaganda missions like Gaganyan has been manually politically pushed which have caused further pressure on ISRO and deviation from their original plan.
Since last 8 years, there's been net zero increase in the budget of isro but mission and responsibilities keep piling up.

Most importantly, ISRO has been turned into *political pr for PM and his minion minister. You can right now visit the twitter account of Jitender singh and you will see zero tweets about it.
When Chandrayan 3 succeeded, isro had to remove it's important landing image because they used that landing image to 'gift' to modi to boost his PR.
ISRO no longer is transparent organization, isro hasn't released any FAC reports on the last three failures - NAVIC satellite, PSLV s3 stage failure carrying important SAR satellite in jan 2025, now another failure today carring 16 satellite, one major one being DRDO prototype satellite.
Our opposition doesn't care, it's upto anons to create situation where these things are made public to the normies. You have the data please share everywhere you can.
This is damning because if not corrected now, we will have bigger failure and god forbid missions like gaganyan.
ISRO launch cadence is down from 5 years ago. This is how bad it is right now.
