Spoons are just more convenient. Nothing to do with wanting to be a gora.

stay in PG for a few months. find people who you can share a flat with. get a nice 3BHK. hire a decent maid and cook. this is what most people in my coompany do. but all of this actually depends on your salary ?? agar salary kam hai to you need to adjust in sub-par areas. until then try some nice non-veg food. i can give recs if you want.

also dyaus, this anon might be right. i was also facing some issues in december when i tried to post using jio (from hyderabad obv).

very simple version: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/FmPFZaQXuu8

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/G1dubfSMJSI

slighly more experiment

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ARBK2TWaElg[embed]

japanese inspiration https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aVnPD7h9Mao[embed]

ideall you would need following stuff

>boneless chicken

>black pepper powder

>salt

>garlic paste

optional

>lemon juice

optional

>tomato / onion

>coldpressed groundnut oil

>mushrooms

again if you want to experiment

>capsicum

>curd

>butter you can add it additionally if not groundnut oil

Simpler recipe is like below

>prepare the boneless chimcken

>add salt/pepper/chillyflakes/lemon juice/garlic paste/curd

>mix it well and keep it in the fridge for a while

i think 30mins is enough

>cut onion/capscicum/mushrooms

>high flame - ground nut oil warm the pan

>have the chicken paste on it

have the lid closed and prepare it for 4 to 5 mins, you will see change in color

>add all the stuff like onion/capsicum/mushrooms etc.

mix it all well and now on low flame keep things for 9 or so mins

experiment it eventually you will land the right time.

You can add stuff like bread to eat with it.

at bare minimum you will need utensils like pan with lid, it will cost i think 1500 or so - i would not go for nonstick but if you are amateur you can go with it.

ask chatgpt or youtube for simpler 'omelette' tier recipes which you can take care in less than 30mins or so together.

unless you are in good PG the food quality would suck. it's good to have a backup system.

maintain good food intake because it can take a toll on you.

during early days we would just have cook and would order the raw material for them to do the needful.

this was better system since we could decide what we wanted, food quality was better.

but if you are alone it might not workout.

it was temporary visit sirs.

>i stay alone

>like coooking my own food

tbh learning to cook is better, people complain about chores and time - but in reality usually if you are working not able to focus cooking can help soothe your mind a bit.

and to mix stuff experiment is where fun at but once again i was / am in wfh situation may not work for wfocels.
