Picrel is DTV hull, will be used to test the engine and transmission... it said its design is a precursor for future AFV platforms which certainly refers to the FRCV, that is supposed to have the same engine.
If you look at the hull it has two hatches... that means they are certainly going forward with the 2nd proposal for a fully unmanned turret... this is a good news since it means Lund Army won't be able to make an excuse to procure T14s.
