I have decided my life is boring and very much mundane. Recently one of my friends in office gifted me with a grip machine thing. I was able to close it all way. I enjoyed doing it and it felt really nice for some reason.
I have decided to build amazing grip strength before this year ends and get really thick and veiny arms, so they seem muscular rather than skinny and weak. Here is my training plan that I have come up with.
>Sunday
>3×8–15 full gripper squeezes
>3×20–30 s holds.
>Tuesday
>3×8–15 full squeezes
>2–3×5–8 slow negative reps.
>Thursday
>3×8–15 full squeezes
>2×8–12 partial or finger‑focus squeezes.
If i train three times a weekly on non consecutive days and i increase reps or hold time each week, while i give enough time for micro tears to heal, I should be able to get very strong. Hopefully I will have gorilla hands soon, and will be able to go in public with my forearm-boner throbbing, making all the hags in my area get nipple boner, wishing I was squeezing them.
I am also an UC, so I don't eat anything like meat. But i think i should eat a total of six boiled egg now everyday except for the days like Tuesday and Saturday, or I will get paap like LC.
One of my coworkers was suggesting if i want to be strong should switch to a strictly meat based diet, but i called him a LC fag subtly so he can't go and report me to HR. I don't think he is wrong, but I said it anyways to mock him, because he is skinny fat and hideous like most LC's without a UC parent.
I will have rice and daal daily in lunch, after i get 6 boiled eggs in breakfast, and I will also have a total of 4 roti and daal in night. I hope my arm is strong as vascular soon, I think I should be able to forearm mog more people if I stay persistent. Here is the diet chart
>Breakfast

>36 g protein (6 g each)
>Lunch
>dal + rice
>Salad (fibre)
>20 g protein
>Dinner
>dal + roti
>Salar (fibre)

I only weight 75 kilos, at 5'10. I am also very lean and have abs, but I have not been too muscular. I was skinny for most part of my life. I think I have good UC genes so if I workout and follow this plan I should be able to ascend soon. I want to go to my job and fold my sleeves and make all the LC HR's lactate in their blouse ar sight of my arms. What do you goys think?
