If 100 people die, then 32 die from heart issues, and in that 4 die in sleep. So, probability of the death happening in sleep would come to 4%. Now to find out probability of dying.

So, if 10000 people exist, then 100 will die by that year and 4 of those will die in sleep. So probability of dying in sleep is 4/10000 = 0.04%.
For the record, UPSC has around 1000 vacancies each year and and 1000000 applicants attend prelims, which means 1 in 10 and you have more chances of clearing UPSC exam than dying in sleep so stop dreaming.
