The figure is far higher, those who work dehadi type jobs and farming jobs are not employed year round and are free a lot of the time. Those are not counted as NEETs as per lundian norms

I've been thinking about this earlier. Soon, old people will retire or die. Except for bimaru states we will see fertility rate drop and nobody wanting kids anymore because shit is expensive. School enrollment will drop and college enrollment will drop too, and colleges will downsize or pretty much shut down. Old people will retire. Businesses will die. AI will take over. It's going to be a fun decade.
