The problem is not just the bhosadapilla and the low caste (by the way I am a nigger)oids like pain bringer or goojar anon chimping out, it's just them going in every thread and doing the rinse and repeat.
Not trying to derail thread either, but the issue is this kills some actually good threads, this is a general issue for b because that is ALL it has been boiling down to at times. It makes up a fictional scenario based on the users query and presents this schizoid hallucinated case law as a real case law with full case citation codes and all (VERY CONFIDENTLY) , because for some reason even AI believes that such case law exists. I am not a computer guy so I don't know why it does that, instead of just declining to answer. Legal research is tedious and you need expensive subscriptions of online platforms such as SCConline/Manupatra or, you have to subscribe for annual digests in physical book formats which also costs a lot of money. This task, at least at the present stage, cannot be done with AI.
Even worse is that some lower judiciary judge saabs don't cross check these hallucinated cases, unless there is any objection from the opposition. They blindly pass judgments based on these AI generated precedents that the vakeel has presented to them because judge saabs are overworked and are not expected to cross-check every little thing. When such errors do get caught, they have to reach High Court/Supreme Court to overturn the lower court's judgment which was based on these fake citations. That is, only if the do get caught! According to my estimate, there might already be hundreds of cases which might have been disposed off and decided by lower court judges based on these fake judgments and which were never appealed by the opposite party due to gawreebi.
