Yes, makes me wonder why is this a problem. Why is garbage cleaners unable to keep it clean even after actually working much harder than they did before. We have jobless dehatis, we all have many sweepers, what is exactly the issue? Is it like dedicated garbage bins and other stuff? Do they not know how to build drainage?
