This board has recently been flooded with woman-posting, I don't particularly like it but I've seen atleast 5 Iterations of this website and there's no use taming a /b/. I hope you all are doing well, we're very well into summer, we don't get much snow in India but the metaphors of de-thawing, of spring and new life being given to things from the suns bountiful rays still seems to apply, or maybe thats just me in this season. Birbal has a nice line that I always remember, when Akbar asks him "what saying can make a sad man happy, and a happy man sad", Birbal responds, "This too, will change" And so it has, every moment when I find that I am suffocated from life, it is because I accept things as they appear, and somehow the fear of their permanence appears. Every season seems to have a feeling for me, things beyond seasons do too, but this season, if I were to distill all of its memories and thoughts It'd feel like that first cold breeze from the A/C when you start it again for the season. I remember an early memory of this was of school, I remember I had done badly in the past season and I recall my parents trying to be strict with me, it felt like all I would ever do in life was study and I felt the A/C and some electrolyte water in a metal bottle. It changed, sooner than I thought. It always changes, and that's the best part, and that's a piece of wisdom I acquired on my own, to not be bothered by the shape things seem to take inside my mind, because, it always changes, and its not what it seems. So much change, so much of it exciting. I hope this season treats you well, anon. I've always felt the new spirit not in January but in spring, and summer. Have some faith.
