Never understood this idea of 'enjoy kalej or any said stage of life or you'll regret later'. I feel no regrets whatsoever for anything. When i see anons here fretting about past, their upbringing, not having a different school life etc., i fail to empathise with them.
I had a decent school life, made friends who are still with me but i didnt bother attending farewell party because to me there was nothing special about it. Then even in college i missed on freshers party, farewell party and other gorillion events. Had good equation with everyone. I just didnt give two hoots about those events. I was likely sleeping till late or watching or reading something interesting or knowledgeable and i feel not an iota of regret. My parents didnt like my indifference and would tell me to not to miss out as these days will never return.
I am not bothered by some really stupid decisions that i made that affected my academic life either. I simply dont care. I think of life as a flowing river. I dont care if i end up somewhere unexpected. I wing it as i go and i dont get stressed at all when things dont go as expected. Is anyone of you like that? Is there any specific name for people with such neurochemistry or personality type apart from descriptors like easygoing or laid back?
