Status after day one of censored regions.

It was a month ago when i said i was moving away. Don't realize it's been one month if not more.
One of the realization was we ddin't really need much to intervene until at the chimpout at the end.
Though i find the current situation to be 'comfy' and 'active'.
Obviously i will not be active enough just waiting for this share of updates to conclude then m off again.
Current set of steps in process.

Where instead of people not being able to post threads etc. We will have things like higher amount of cooldown before someone can create a thread, create a reply so on. With slight play with algorithms - not too complex to keep things simple enough.
>of course need to push the update for bookmarks/active threads/mythreads etc.
>small set of internal tools for mods so that i don't have to jump in the situation.

What part exactly. New update will literally ensure that region blocks like these are not there. Cooldown will be limited to censored region so not every other place will be issue.

Bans are on me. Today i while handling the records i ended up by mistake banning all the users kek, had to rollback so hardly any affect. Some users in that one minute may have faced some mishap.
