I can probably redpill normies on how narrative control and propaganda spread on Reddit. The mechanism is not complicated moderators, voting systems, and coordinated posting quietly shape what appears credible and what disappears. But then I remember something else. Most of the people using the platform are not really smartest if bunch so there's no point in debating or explaining anything to thise chronically online faggots.
I still use Reddit, but only for practical things technology discussions, business information, and occasional entertainment. Outside of that, the platform is irritating. It does not allow proper third-party filtering tools, which means you cannot effectively block all libshit propaganda subs from appearing in your tl.
The platform can be useful for narrow purposes, but as a place for politics discussion, it is biased and easily manipulated.
