You can give anything in the name you want, email you want. Email i would say just use temp-mail.org since you will receive a license key with that you can get premium account that's it.
I have been debating this whole thing for few days and let's see how it goes. Don't over donate - i cannot promise if i would sustain the development for years beyond current. So remember this if you do.
