My letter was read. The principal tried to talk to me and tried to downplay my issue. He diverted the issues I've written in my letter to my department. I explained my HOD that it's not about him and I want to talk to someone about it properly.
The principal is probably concerned that I may say some things that will cause problems for him. I don't know what's going to happen. I'm concerned.
