Actual IQ tests don't give you only one single number. There are a bunch of subtests. It's also pretty expensive and takes more than an hour to do it. I'd estimate the average IQ here to be like 115-120ish.

focus
thinking many things simultaneously
thinking a particular thing deeply
creativity
and much more, You might be strong in a few of these areas, but that doesn’t automatically mean you have a high IQ.
A truly high IQ just means you score well across most or all of these stats combined.

Its the underlying g factor(general intelligence) that determines your iq. All those qualities are highly correlated.
G factor= Fluid intelligence(logic) + crystallized intelligence(general knowledge/wisdom)
The one with higher g factor will always outperform when you control for efforts.
Fluid intelligence is essentially your learning speed and ability. People with higher fluid intelligence learn faster so also have higher crystallized intelligence as they accumulate knowledge faster.

Nah, not really. Keep in mind, 1 point of iq doesn't mean anything on it's own, the farther you get from 100, the more difference 1 point makes. The difference between, say someone who is 100 and 105 is very less compared to the difference between someone who is 145 and 150.
