Dry. I live in Vidharbha, the central most region of India so it is nowhere close to a large water body.
The air flow during the months of March to June comes from Thar dessert via Gujarat.
Municipality and locals planted many trees last year along sideways/footpaths and are now green and cooler than previous years but concrete roads isn't helping the case.
