my genuine opinions on meant consumption
the truly ideal diet is:
>meat(chicken or red, doesn't matter)
>fish
>milk
>eggs
>(ideally SEASONAL) fruits and veggies
by seasonal, i mean the ones that have their harvesting season at the time where you live.
we cannot ignore the facts:
<eating meat increases test
<meat supplies a lot of amino acids and creatine that a sattvik diet can't
<eating meat+veggies causes the best evolution in the human species
that is why euro people are the tallest, best looking, and have the best developed skulls. better than us. because they ate meat AND veggies AND fruits.

fuck no. with supplements, and the vegan versions of everything, leading a completely sattvik lifestyle and still getting the perfect nutrition for the highest rate of evolution is completely possible.
we evolved slower and lesser back then due to our aversion to meat, but now we can catch up WHILE still living sattvik. we can get as much nutrition as a euro meat eater chad gets WHILE still being vegetarian.

nah, not really. i wanna look the best i can, be the strongest i can, and still eat what i want to as much as i can. i love eggs, and i wish i could eat them daily. the only thing that's really stopping me is sometimes i feel guilty for spending too much money on eggs/omlettes. i also FUCKING LOVE fish. more than chicken or eggs. i would give up everything else if i got to eat fish everyday for the rest of my life.

Idk, have you tried starting a club for your interests? Plenty of those at mine (i personally don't have time because i'm taking extra subjects but i see people going for reading, anime, board games and esports, etc.)
If you're not actually into stuff like mountaineering, don't be like picrel and do it for the sake of it. I personally love hiking but I can't do it because I live in a state that is even flatter than UP, so I cope by nightwalking
