No roads(just rocks), not many expressway projects. frequent electricity cuts like 12-13hrs, water problems, expensive af internet(1GB-300rs/28d) and s unironically used to streetshit in bhillages. i don't know about other stuff, but we used to face frequent power cuts and water shortages, and they have now reduced to basically nil. Also highways have also gotten a lot better.
