> Increase the number of government schools so that India could have a school
infrastructure mainly consisting of government schools (Like Europe and
East Asia)
> Hire 150+ new gen and old gen teachers and experts from across India and
the world to create a new education system for India.
> Impose extremely heavy tax (Like 250% of student’s total fees) on private
schools after enough Govt schools are built to incorporate those children
(and the teachers are well trained) (After controlling Birth Rate)
> Make it compulsory for all children to attend school till 12th class
irrespective of gender/class/(indian)
> If the parent fails to send the child to school, the child will be put into a
Boarding School and the Parent will have to pay a x amount every month
as a Fine
> Make passing grade 75% for elementary, primary and secondary school and
50% for high school (Allowed to drop out if the person failed 3yrs in a row)
> Create dedicated schools in top cities for children who are retarded or
extremely intelligent and also exclusive teachers for people with disabilities
> Heavy focus on Civic Sense ,Gender & Sex Education and Hygiene
> Promote Co-ed Education and also promote Cross gender communication
and understanding.
> Teach people to view the other gender as a human being more than a
potential partner
> Reduce Gender Biases and Promote Equal Treatment
> Focus on informing Children about Work Ethic, Work Life Balance, New
> Technologies, Startup Culture etc.
> Inform Parents and Students about Opportunities in artistic elds and
convincing parents about Children’s Passion and things like that
> Promote teaching children about the original form of our Sanatan Dharma
and spread the idea. Also Focus on demonizing Non Indo People and also
make them dislike White’s and Black’s and make them consider themselves to be superior
> Mandatory Army Training of 2 Weeks , once in Class 8th
> Mandatory Community Service for 1 Month (1 Hour every day) during every
single academic Year to promote inclusivity
> Compulsory 2 Year Internship at a govt company after graduating from a
Govt College

i would also add

I skipped a grade when i was in the UK after the teachers deemed me unfit for my year. I was subsequently promoted to the higher standard halfway through the school year and allowed to skip classes as I wished as I didn't see the need to attend them, so I just hung out in the library reading books or building Lego in the indoor recess room.
But when I came to India, there was none of that sort.

why not just give them contractual jobs instead of an internship
