unironically surya namaskar. i started off with just surya namaskar and on the first day i could barely do one.
among food stuff: i also have stopped* eating wheat, rice, oily stuff and bakery items.
*i do occassionally eat them but let's say i now eat them like 5% of the time, definitely not on the daily basis. sometimes you have no option but to eat.
my bloat is gone although not completely. i work out for it. i do a mix of surya namaskar with other body weight and mobility exercises. has helped me quite a bit
