unironically surya namaskar. i started off with just surya namaskar and on the first day i could barely do one.
among food stuff: i also have stopped* eating wheat, rice, oily stuff and bakery items.
*i do occassionally eat them but let's say i now eat them like 5% of the time, definitely not on the daily basis. sometimes you have no option but to eat.
my bloat is gone although not completely. i work out for it. i do a mix of surya namaskar with other body weight and mobility exercises. has helped me quite a bit

Working out your stomache muscles will counterintuitively make your belly grow larger , since you will have fat + bigger muscles instead of just fat + low muscle .
You should just aggressively diet and then work out , or get Ozempic compounded version (semaglutide) which should be available in a real pharmacy.

Also there are some new studies that say "heel raises" can lower your blood sugar spike by up to 50%.
Basically do the thing in the image for a couple of minutes 15-20 minutes after you eat something.
Lower blood sugar spike = lower insulin spike = reduced fat storage
