Need serious advice

There is one girl i see sometimes in my campus. We hold eye contacts everytime we see each other. There is 50 percent chance that she is into me or it is just in my head. My friends forced me to approach her but i didn't have the confidence to approach her and i missed couple of good opportunities.
I want to approach her now but i havnt seen her like 1 weeks here but my friends say that they have seen her roaming in the campus couple of times. My first semester is about to over.
What should be right approach? Should i send her request on Instagram or wait for her in the campus as it is driving me insane as pain of regret is harder than rejection. I don't mind getting rejected tbh.

honestly, make friends with her friends. Get in her circle. Have someone introduce you to her. Most women dont have a very high standard thats why a lot of em are dating chapris. So yah. Take bath, smell good, look better, score better. And be confident. Things will fall on line by itself. Do not make someone else the sun of ur solar system. Thats it.
