Last period was 18 Feb. Previous cycle was 21 days, but usually around 28 days.
We had sex on 28 Feb with a condom. After ejaculation, I checked it by squeezing — no leakage, seemed fine. Just noticed a tiny black dot on the tip and one on the side.
She also had high fever (103°F) from 27 Feb to around 7–8 March.
Now it’s been ~28 days and no period yet. She usually gets cramps/back pain before periods, but this time nothing.
Is this likely just a delay due to illness/stress, or should I worry about pregnancy?

kek buy her pill i think it works until 6 weeks or just repeatedly kick her in the uterus until she miscarries
