Physically chuda pda hu, main reason why I made this thread, I have knock knee type in my one knee , also I got torn ACL and lateral meniscus (ligaments in knee) 2 years ago while playing football, now abhi tk maine ignore krke rkha but I'll need surgery for it eventually and soon wrna maa chud jaegi knee ki arthritis wgerah by 30(24rn), idk what to do surgery phle v krwa rkhi h legs ki due to some reason , now I feel fucked up, 3 saal se on off gym jaa rha and I couldn't gain weight ,for some reason whenever I see good progress something happens and everything crumbles, like football suru kra ligament chud gyi, trading suru kra tha usme v chud gya, whenever I walk and someone is behind me I feel like they are talking about my gait, londo me aise toka v h khi baar, some even make fun about it, I feel like gay for not beating them right there but idk isiliye chutiya v hu
