Almost the same. Iran remaining zoroastrianism doesn't guarantee a strong change in the course of jeetlands history. Most of the Muslim invasion here came from central asia.
It's a fact that even iran did not completely completely islamize due to arab invasions but due to the turks like seljuks.

No, instead the turks converted earlier because islam offered them a civilization equivalent of Iran while the turks were tribesman. Moreover, they could use "jihad" as a means of justifying wiping out older and objectively better civilizations.
In short, they got recognised by the islamic world and finally a civil culture (yeah islam was more civil then the nomad turks) to face iran, india, etc.
However they continued with their nomadic traits even long after accepting islam, and even kept btfoing the original mooselims.

Iran would still fall to turks in this timeline. If turks come in contact with arabs and convert to islam iran too would be islamized. If they get persianized and become zoroastrians then may be not. Nothing much is gonna change if they choose islam and it is more likely they become muslims because jihad against rich infidel cultures was a ticket to heaven and was also compatible with their raiding and pillaging lifestyle. At best we will see a delay of a few centuries in arrival of islam in india in this timeline.
