If I eat a slop of:
[Black Chana + Toor Dal + Soya Chunks + Kidney Beans + 2 Tsp Desi Ghee + 2 Tsp Salt]
50 g each boiled in water 2 times a day and
2 bananas + 3 oranges
one time a day
would that be suffiecient for my daily nutritional requirements ?

You already have a good enough combination. Decrease the Ghee since they are majorly monosaturated fats around 60% if I remember correctly.
Salt according to taste, little less is what I prefer. 2 tsp will be too salty. I have never added more than 1 tsp in my food unless I am cooking for 2 days.
But you haven't sourced vitamin B12 and D from anywhere.
The thing about B12 is neither Animals nor Plants synthesize(make) B12 it comes from Bacteria. So, B12 supplements are best option if you are vegan. They are very cheap like 20rs for 10 capsules.
Similar story with Vitamin D, while body does synthesize it, it's not enough.
Decrease amount of soya chunks and add in soya isolate if you can since that's very good lean source of protein.
Note: I haven't really looked thoroughly into your case and food but I assume you'll eat all these with Rice etc.
