it's not bad thing, it captures the undertone of what anons are feeling. in fact it's even more favourable about jaggu.
It's just that we don't have a lot of jaggu artists. The one jaggu created by pseud is really good at expression - it can be cute too (check recent winter ones). Then there's clean-paint jaggu anons - these are in specific forms but most of them are not related to good mood.
There were collection of older set of jaggus which had more variety in mood.
