the career stability offered by govt jobs is unmatched you can grow your career while switching companies and get a good package but the next night if your name comes in layover, you are ruined.thats why govt jobs will always be better than private ones
money is not always the priority work life balance also matters being a slave to a company and working 12 plus hours making the owners rich while your personal life is in distress
