i don't know shit about macro effects. but when US markets crashed in 2009 there were a ton of jobs lost.
those who didn't saw the effects of slowed down or no salary hikes at the minimum. trying to find a new job was getting difficult. even those jobs did not give good salary hike for jumping either. overall pretty grim.
most US banks are now buying gold instead of stocking up on USD. so the banking jews know something we don't.
but the point is we should expect a lack of cash eventually. people will default loans. i can't predict numbers though.
let us watch what happens to lundian stock market on monday and over next week to predict the scale of it. but from what i guess it will take whole next year. and i don't think the tariff announcement is the reason of recession btw. i think that this will be one of many events.
in fact i may suffer a huge loss myself. i had recently started a SWP to take out my money from funds which i should have done a month back. that transfer has not even started yet. but yeah what to do. will take what i can now

some shared above. but the main one for me was even simpler. out of nowhere, since 2-3 months now i started getting a lot of calls from all the mutual funds where i have invested in, telling me to invest more because i have been very profitable.
i have split my money into several small funds small cap, large cap, flexi cap etc from 10+ years after having researched them. i used to get occasional calls about new funds etc but never about how my investment cost since 2015 was 10000 rs and with the same fund now its value is 80000 rs (imaginary numbers for emphasising btw) and how it's the right time to invest more.
i have never gotten calls from mf houses that way. that was my cue to decide to take out my money from the markets.
should have done a lot sooner but oh well.
