My decade-long plan to learn Bharat and fix its broken system when I become PM

I've made up my mind. I'm gonna learn every single dialect and language that exists in this country. Not just basic greetings, but full-on fluency. I'll study every cultures, religions, regional histories, and the small things people ignore. I'll understand how everyone lives, thinks, prays, fights, and survives. You can't talk about fixing a place if you don't even know how it fully breathes. Every city, every state will be treated as its own proper unit, kind of like how Shanghai is in China. Each will have its own independent power and self-sustaining model. We've got too many layers of people sitting in chairs, sucking up the system's energy for nothing but appeasement politics. That entire chain needs to break. Revenue should go to actual nation-building, not into pockets or short-term optics.
Once I'm in power (if it ever reaches that point), I'll dismantle this whole caste faggotry and every other old social chain that still functions as oppression in disguise. I don't care how old it is or how sacred someone says it is. If it divides, humiliates, or restricts people, it goes against my country. India deserves a reset, and I'm ready to burn ten years of my life for that purpose.
>but bro, how are you even gonna learn every dialect?
Not every single one in the world, obviously, but I'll learn enough to hold a proper conversation with locals in every region. Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Kashmiri (the big ones first), then the regional dialects. You can't represent people if you can't even understand their slang.
>what about religion and culture? that'll take a lifetime
Yeah, but I've got enough time (I'm just 20 after all). The goal isn't to memorize rituals; it's to understand the logic behind them. Once you know that, you can connect everything. Be it language, thought, art, or even behavior. You start to see the country's real patterns instead of this shameless propaganda.
>this sounds like some clockwork dictator talk
If dictator means actually making the system efficient, equal, and not rotting from within, then fine. But my idea isn't to control my compatriots, it's to rebuild. To wipe the dust off a country that's been fed slogans instead of direction.
When I come back after those ten years, I'll be someone who knows this country like no politician ever has. Not from reports or data, but from walking through it, speaking it, living it. This place is godforsaken right now, but I'll fix it. If nobody else will do it, then I will. When I'll be ready, will you stand by my side?
