Bro, right now I'm in some kind of place where there are like 2 jeetas for every 1 jeet, all jeetas have raging hormones and the environment is very very secure so, people do a lot of kuchu puchu, raat ke 10-11 bajee, area is full of couples and friend groups

real advice;
theres no secret formula or set of things to say that will get you in their pants,
but something that have helped many people is: ask yourself "what would a not weird person do"
also, start with socially available, or ugly jeetas, they are easy to talk into, build confidence step by step
