I have decent hair and thick eyebrows but they are quite undefined and not properly groomed.
Is the only way to get a good haircut and styled eyebrows like picrel from hairstylists in tier 1 cities? I live in a tier 2 town and the hairstylists here seem to just give chapri haircuts.
How do i fix this? Is there a way to find these good hairstylists from anywhere?

Anan, just buy a trimmer a normal one. If you have money buy the electric powered one instead of the battery one since the battery rapes up regularly. Then go on jewtube and there are literally videos of how you can cut your own hair. The first 3 to 4 times, you will rape up but not massively. Then you will get a hang of it. Your Picrel hair style is literally me cutting my hair on the sides a bit more than the middle and letting it grow.
Unless you have curly hair, it aint no thang.
