Look anon, why don't you do one thing. Marry the girl and then start grinding as hard as possible to find a job. Im not marriage/relationship expert, but as long as the girl is above your minimum looks criteria (not ugly in your eyes) the marriage will probably work. The 'muh mental compatibility' is a meme imported into India from the west. The reason I am advising you to get married is that a lot of my cousins are in the arranged marriage market, and it's becoming very hard to find a bride. But at the end, it's your call.
