What the article actually says is that convictions rose, not that Indians top the charts. According to their own numbers, total convictions went from 28 to 100.

<So out of 211,225 cases, only 100 (<0.05%) involved lndian nationals. Yet the headline still claims Indians have the highest sexual offence convictions in the UK.
