Creatine is one of the most well studied supplements and it has good effects even if you don't workout.

And if you are normal weight, sleep well , eat well you will be totally fine and really don't need to take any supps.

if you want more vitamine D , just go out in the sun and expose more skin

Vitamine D is fat soluble so it will accumulate over time in your body-fat.

Taking Calcium supplements while taking too much Vitamine D will compound the issue.

If you are a bodybuilder i would max out everything (lifts/timings) without supplements, then start taking whatever to go higher if thats your goal.

Taking supplements while you are not even maxxed out is just a waste of money.

These supplements are intended for people who have actual deficiencies not looksmaxxers.
