Vitamine D is fat soluble so it will accumulate over time in your body-fat.
Taking Calcium supplements while taking too much Vitamine D will compound the issue.
If you are a bodybuilder i would max out everything (lifts/timings) without supplements, then start taking whatever to go higher if thats your goal.
Taking supplements while you are not even maxxed out is just a waste of money.
These supplements are intended for people who have actual deficiencies not looksmaxxers.
