To stop the urge to smoke, drink, goon, or craving for unhealthy junk, I just browse this subreddit and look at how all those habits ruined people: damaged hair, balding, dandruff, premature greying, probably skinny fat bodies, weakness and so much more that makes them completely hollow at such young ages. Nothing works better for disciplining myself and killing those degrading urges than seeing what those choices can turn someone into

I drink, smoke, goon and junkmaxx on the regular yet have a head full of hair at 27. It all depends on gentics dude
