Funnily enough now Hindus will be EVEN freer and less supervised than Muslims in Pakistan.
Pakistan has no issues pointing out WHO is a terrorist and causing issues (which organization, sects etc.) so they will go and break fingers.
Meanwhile Indians don't want to cause communal tensions so they just implement the meaasures on everybody.
