That's not enough. Esp. the Rohingya thing doesn't matter because they just move from one state to another after getting kicked out. And they also fear 0 consequences if they reenter.
It's all a numbers game in the end. Just removing 40 or even 400 doesn't matter.

Which basically means that they can't demand any benefits, amenities or gibs from the state like legal citizens of India. That's outside the purview of criminal jurisprudence though. A crime is still a crime, even if committed against an illegal migrant. The law defines crime as something illegal which is committed against a "human being". It covers all humans. Not just citizens of India.

Don't waste away your life just to kill some sewage rats.what do you think Lundia is some kind of wild west?If you kill someone the law will consider you dangerous to be kept around and you will be persecuted most probably won't get full sentences since those rats don't comes under our constitution but still murder a murder.
