It's better than completely range ban but not optimum i agree. >user not allowed to perform this action Non Indian Ips or proxies or vpns without account can't post outside /int/ if they do they get that error. Sometimes small local IPs users get that error too due to which they get flagged like that. In that case you can ping mods or email them your isp details for whitelisting.
