I usually wake up at 5:45 am, barring the days where I work late. But yea I won't say I'm very disciplined. I goon at night before sleep

I follow a sleep schedule because I have to go to work so I sleep at 11 and wake up at 6 everyday. But while I am awake I am unable to use that time for anything good. All I do is music, youtube, netflix, posting on X and reddit and chan sites. I hope I could study for 6 to 8 hours a day I could clear some sarkari job exam and have a decent life
