but i do wish to one day live in a huge house, with a huge family, kind of like a clan. men working together, pooling wealth and resources, and multiplying their worth tenfold with each generation. women working together, raising the kids, taking care of the house, like a family.

If it brings the realization that people don't need any 'swammy' or in your case you consider it a religious compass driven by chaturvarna which directs the person and also acts like a key and instead of blaming the compass or swammy and wasting their energy people focus on self improving, carving their own path, building community if they want to. It will be net good to everyone.
It's one movement which is not driven by fighting for the pie rather just freeing your mind and providing you the confidence that you are capable of baking your own pie.
The idea that you are capable and believe in self will get rid of any any assumed self-inferiority or self obstruction in the mind, this will pave the way for an enlightened person after which he/she can if needed to reach out others, or learn on their own and grow.
And it's nice. This is the closest i have come to understanding this reasoning. My focus is more individualistic and community corporation type and for you it's more shudra as a whole which is okay.

this is how it is really supposed to be in realest sense. The only non-brahmin cast mentioned in canonical Hindu scriptures that still exists in modern times is Kamboj. I can't think of any other besides some Tribal groups.
