Within days we are going to have 4 lakh posts on /b/ board alone.. 4 lakh that is almost 28,000 threads. That's in less than an year.
From 2023 to 2024 we had total 2 and a half lakhs of posts.
Mahabharata had total 100k shlokas (actually less but okay).
In those 4 lakh posts we had around 80gb of data uploaded.
Just imagine the amoutn of electricity, data, mind resources went into those combined 400k posts.
Was it any worth it?

in fact bhach has reached to a point where we need a 24x7 operational support staff but we don't have budget.
it's not about just simple website post or get requests, it's about the galeech elements 0.00005% who create problems for the rest of the people. with indians the crab mentality makes it worse.

i think with more improvements in making things fluid it will work out.
i don't expect /b/ to be peak of quality but it's not worse either. one word posts, screenshots usually moved to /trash/.

in general indian audience is not really a comfy demographic to have websites or services for, quality is bad, discourse is bad, whole crab mentality thing. there's no monetary benefit to running places like these. it's risk.
