I said these before and I am saying it again, the reason why companies hire girls from college interviews is because they can get good looking cute/sexy girls in office which will "excite" the old worker which also makes them more active and be more productive.
And one more thing, When a young fertile cute girl goes to her senior and sayd "sir, help kar do naaaa pleaseeeee" this old worker who is tired of his old wife immediately happily helps her and teaches her. But when a fresher guy goes to ask for help, he is bullied....
